EUNNYS CAKES – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Eunnys Cakes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not place an order.

1. About Us

Eunnys Cakes is a custom cake and dessert business offering made-to-order cakes and baked goods for collection or delivery (where available).

Contact details, operating hours, and ordering methods will be communicated via our website, social media platforms, or direct communication.

2. Orders & Custom Cakes

• All cakes are made to order.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct, including:

  • Design

  • Size

  • Flavour

  • Colours

  • Date and time of collection or delivery

  • Exact spelling of any message on the cake

• Once an order is confirmed, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

3. Image & Picture Cakes

If you request a cake with an image:

• Images must be clear, high-quality, and suitable for printing.

• We do not edit, enhance, or correct images.

• Colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to printing limitations.

• Placement, cropping, and final presentation are at the discretion of the cake decorator.

• Image cakes should be collected and consumed on the same day, as edible images may deteriorate over time.

• By submitting an image, you confirm that you have full rights or permission to use it and indemnify Eunny’s Cakes against any copyright claims.

4. Payments

• Full payment is required to confirm an order.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of ordering.

• Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection or delivery are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Late cancellations

  • Uncollected cakes

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, returned cakes cannot be resold.

6. Collection & Delivery

Collection

• Cakes must be collected at the agreed date and time.

• Cakes not collected within 24 hours may be discarded with no refund.

• The customer must inspect the cake at collection. Once collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Delivery (if applicable)

• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party drivers are beyond our control.

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the customer may be required to collect the cake.

7. Handling & Storage

• Cakes must be transported flat and securely.

• Refrigeration is required for fresh cream cakes.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, or storage after collection or delivery.

• Food colourings may stain clothing, furniture, or surfaces.

8. Design Variations

• Cake designs are handcrafted and may vary slightly from reference images.

• Images on our website or social media are for inspiration only.

• Exact replication is not guaranteed.

9. Allergens

• While we take care, our kitchen may handle ingredients such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.

• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

10. Intellectual Property

• We reserve the right to photograph completed cakes for marketing and promotional purposes.

• All images remain the property of Eunny’s Cakes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Website & Online Use (if applicable)

• Website content is provided “as is”.

• We are not liable for downtime, technical issues, or external links.

• Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eunny’s Cakes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or matters that cannot be excluded by law.
